Job Overview:

Pay Range: $45hr - $50hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 10+ years of experience in software development and business analysis.
  • Strong expertise in Java, Python, and Full Stack Development with a focus on backend development.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and BigQuery.
  • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and technical analysis skills.
  • Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience integrating with or supporting third-party enterprise applications, including Workforce Management (WFM), CRM, and Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) platforms.
  • Ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java and Python, with a strong emphasis on backend services.
  • Analyze business requirements and deliver technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and support integrations with GCP, BigQuery, and third-party systems such as WFM, CRM, and ACD platforms.
  • Perform root cause analysis, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize application performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the SDLC to deliver high-quality software solutions.
