Job title: SAP Performance Engineer
Location: Austin, TX (Day 1 onsite)

Job Description:

  • Responsibilities:

    • Define, develop, and apply performance/scalability benchmarks.
    • Debug and improve system performance/scalability in cross-functional teams.
    • Use profiling tools to identify bottlenecks and conduct root cause analysis.
    • Devise experiments to evaluate system performance impacts.
    • Plan and execute performance tests in automated environments and analyze results.
    • Participate in architecture/design reviews for cross-team quality assurance.
  • Must-Have:

    • 3+ years in software testing with strong SAP performance testing experience.
    • Proficiency in Python, Perl, ABAP, Java, C++.
    • Experience with LoadRunner, JMeter, and SQL performance tuning.
    • Hands-on JVM tuning and profiling tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics).
  • Nice-to-Have:

    • Agile/Scrum experience, Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), SAP BTP optimization, machine learning, Git.
    • Knowledge of SDI, SCP iOS SDK, database monitoring tools (Kibana, HANA DB cockpit).
