Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Java Architect with deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot Microservices, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to join our enterprise architecture team. The ideal candidate will have experience in e-commerce and promotional systems, and a strong background in building scalable, high-performance microservices-based applications.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement scalable and resilient Java-based microservices using Spring Boot.
  • Architect solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) leveraging native services (e.g., Pub/Sub, Cloud Functions, GKE, Cloud SQL, Firestore).
  • Provide architectural guidance for e-commerce platforms, specifically around promotions, discounts, loyalty systems, and related domains.
  • Lead and mentor development teams in best practices for microservices, CI/CD, and cloud-native architecture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, business analysts, and QA to deliver robust solutions.
  • Ensure non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, security) are addressed in design and implementation.
  • Conduct code and architecture reviews; recommend improvements and optimizations.
  • Drive modernization initiatives and migration strategies to cloud-native infrastructure.
