Senior Software Engineer - Java | Fully Remote

We’re hiring a Senior Software Engineer for a high-impact opportunity with a fast-moving team building a new, high-priority product that transforms massive amounts of sales data into actionable insights for major enterprise customers.

This is a “startup within a larger company” environment, offering the opportunity to work on a brand-new product, solve complex technical challenges, and have direct visibility into the impact of your work.

Responsibilities
  • Build and enhance scalable software solutions using Java and SQL
  • Contribute to the development of a new, high-priority data and insights platform
  • Work with large-scale datasets to develop products that deliver actionable business insights
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and cross-functional teams
  • Take ownership of technical projects from design through implementation
  • Contribute to architectural and technical decisions as the product continues to scale
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Help establish strong engineering practices within a rapidly evolving product environment
Requirements
  • 4-10+ years of professional software engineering experience
  • Strong production experience with Java
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with data-intensive applications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field required
  • Strong software engineering fundamentals and technical problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable operating in an environment that combines startup-level ownership with enterprise-scale impact
