Role - Java Technical Lead
Experience Required - 10+ Years
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Java Technical Lead with strong hands-on development experience in building enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, and CI/CD practices, along with the ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor development teams. This role requires a proactive, self-driven professional who can quickly learn new technologies and contribute to all phases of software development.

• 10+ years of Hands on and strong Java coding experience.
• Experience in Databases , SQL, Vertx, Kafka
• REST API, Spring Batch, Spring Boot,
• Experience implementing CI/CD with tools like Maven, Github, Jenkins,
• Experience in building applications using Spring, Spring boot
• Java Multi-Threading / Concurrency
Roles & Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications using Java and Spring Boot.
Lead technical design discussions and provide architectural guidance for application development.
Develop and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with enterprise systems.
Implement event-driven solutions using Kafka and related messaging technologies.
Write efficient, reusable, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support System Integration Testing (SIT).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Maven, GitHub, Jenkins, and related tools.
Ensure code quality through code reviews, best practices, and adherence to development standards.
Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize application efficiency.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership to project teams.
Base Salary Range : $90,000 to $125,000 Per Annum
