  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for front-office trading applications.
  • Create automated API and user-interface test cases covering sales and trading workflows.
  • Validate trading platforms, order and trade management processes, market data feeds, and downstream integrations.
  • Execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing across complex financial systems.
  • Partner with traders, sales professionals, business analysts, developers, and quality assurance teams to understand requirements and testing priorities.
  • Test fixed income and derivatives workflows involving swaps, caps and floors, swaptions, and bonds.
  • Develop reusable scripts and automated test components using Python, Java, JavaScript, or comparable programming languages.
  • Analyze test results, investigate failures, document defects, and work with engineering teams through resolution.
  • Confirm that automated test coverage reflects front-office business processes, financial accuracy, and applicable control requirements.
  • Prepare test plans, test data, execution evidence, and results for reporting and audit purposes.
  • Integrate automated testing into Agile development and continuous integration processes.
  • Help improve test reliability, release confidence, and application stability across the trading technology environment.

Do You Bring Proven Success in Front Office Trading Test Automation?

  • 10 or more years of technology, quality engineering, software testing, or related experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience building and maintaining automated tests for financial or trading applications.
  • Demonstrated experience automating both APIs and user interfaces.
  • Experience with Selenium, TestNG, or similar test automation frameworks.
  • Strong scripting or programming ability using Python, Java, JavaScript, or a comparable language.
  • Practical knowledge of sales and trading workflows within a front-office environment.
  • Experience testing trading platforms, order management systems, trade lifecycle processes, or market data applications.
  • Strong understanding of fixed income and derivatives products, including:
