Required Skills and Experience
• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including technical leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in React, Node.js, and Java Spring Boot — must be able to code and architect in all three.
• Experience designing scalable, secure, and maintainable application architectures.
• Deep knowledge of RESTful API design, database design (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud services.
• Proficiency with modern DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
