Job description
Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Core Java application development, including object-oriented design, multithreading, and performance optimization.
  • 5+ years of experience developing enterprise applications using Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Spring Batch.
  • 4+ years of experience in Business Process Management (BPM) development, workflow orchestration, and process automation.
  • 3+ years of experience building event-driven and asynchronous systems using Kafka, Pub/Sub platforms, and messaging patterns.
  • 3+ years of experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases, including Oracle DB and MongoDB.
  • Strong experience designing and developing Microservices and RESTful APIs.
  • Experience implementing secure, scalable, and highly available backend solutions in cloud-native environments.
  • Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and Agile development practices.
  • Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities within cross-functional teams.
