Job description

Java Application Support Engineer

Job Location: Cincinnati, OH (Day 1 Onsite)

We are seeking a Java Application Support Engineer with strong on-premise support experience to support and monitor business-critical applications in a hybrid environment (AWS cloud and on-prem infrastructure). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Java application support, SiteScope monitoring, and production incident management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide L2/L3 production support for Java-based applications running in hybrid AWS and on-premise environments.
  • Monitor application health and infrastructure using HP/Micro Focus SiteScope, including alert configuration, thresholds, and dashboards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application, performance, and infrastructure issues across on-prem servers and AWS resources.
