  • Support software installation, configuration, adaptation, acquisition, and operational testing environments for TFDM systems and labs, including rapid application development using a custom stack of Linux, Oracle, Node.js, HTML, and CSS.
  • Use adaptation tools and configuration management systems to input, update, and version‑control site adaptations.
  • Coordinate between development, training, and operational teams to ensure successful scenario deployment and testing.
  • Participate in pre‑deployment assessments, dry‑runs, and readiness reviews to ensure adaptation accuracy and completeness.
  • Support system integration testing (SIT), joint site acceptance testing (JSAT), and operational testing (OT&E) efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise‑level architecture, safety, and system engineering standards.
  • Assist in root cause analysis of adaptation‑related issues and coordinate resolution strategies with engineering teams.
  • Maintain documentation of adaptation decisions, processes, and version histories for audit and knowledge management purposes.
  • Maintain operational systems supporting TFDM training and adaptation workflows.
  • Provide training, guidance, and technical support on adaptation concepts to local and national stakeholders.
Required Education / Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in aviation systems adaptation, air traffic operations, or system integration roles.
