Job Title: Java Developer AI-Assisted Spec Driven Development

Location: New York, NY / Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid)

Duration: Long-Term Contract

Job Description

Seeking experienced Java Developers with strong software engineering fundamentals and hands-on experience in Spec Driven Development using modern AI coding tools such as Claude Code and Windsurf.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality enterprise applications while leveraging AI-assisted development workflows to accelerate delivery, improve code quality, and ensure adherence to technical specifications.

Required Skills
  • Java development experience
  • Strong experience with Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices
  • Experience with RESTful API development and integration
  • Hands-on experience with Spec Driven Development methodologies
  • Experience using AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code, Windsurf, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar platforms
