Role Overview
The Sr. Project Manager plays a critical role in leading and delivering complex, cross-functional projects at the company Productions USA Inc.
This role focuses on managing projects for automotive, industrial, and other challenge-driven markets where the company delivers high-value solutions. You will work closely with customers, internal teams, and partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, on budget, and aligned with business objectives.
From a business development perspective, the Sr. Project Manager will collaborate with internal stakeholders to support the development of project proposals to clients.
As the company continues to grow, the Project Manager will also contribute to process improvement and organizational development, helping scale how projects are executed across the organization. In addition, the Sr. Project Manager will take a leadership role in the growth and management of the project management team.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and manage projects from initiation through delivery
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including technical, content, and operational stakeholders including overseas staff in Japan.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle
Manage project scope, schedules, resources, risks, and dependencies
Ensure alignment between customer requirements and delivered solutions
Lead and support projects for large OEM clients, including complex, high-impact initiatives
Track progress, identify issues early, and drive resolution proactively
Support continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices
Collaborate with leadership on scaling project delivery as the organization grows
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in project management or related roles
Japanese language skills (business or conversational level)
Experience managing cross-functional projects in B2B, technology, or industrial environments
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience working directly with customers and external partners
Proven ability to drive projects forward with accountability and ownership
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with automotive or industrial clients
Experience managing projects involving technical documentation, data, or digital solutions
Interest or experience in AI-enabled solutions, data-driven platforms, or process automation
Experience working in growth-stage or evolving organizations
