Our Client, a Japanese Automotive Parts Manufacturer is looking for a Project Assistant.

Position: Project Assistant

Location: Toledo, OH

Salary: 45k base + benefits

Hiring Style: Full time/ Direct hire


This position is supporting automotive production and launch projects. In this role, you'll work closely with the Project Coordinator to maintain project documentation, support daily operations, and ensure project activities stay organized and on schedule.


Responsibilities

  • Support daily project administration and coordination
  • Maintain project documents, trackers, and records
  • Prepare labels, packing lists, and shipping documents
  • Update inventory and project data in Excel
  • Coordinate project meetings and meeting minutes
  • Assist with material and shipment tracking
  • Support project reports and KPI updates
  • Communicate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Administrative, manufacturing, logistics, or project support experience is preferred
  • Entry-level candidates with strong Excel skills are encouraged to apply
