Position Summary
This role supports projects by coordinating between business users, client-facing teams, and IT. Responsibilities include project coordination, UAT support, documentation, and bilingual (Japanese/English) communication to ensure projects run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily work between client-facing teams, project teams, and IT
  • Organize meetings, track issues, and share project updates
  • Prepare and maintain project documents and workflows
  • Support UAT activities, including test case preparation, testing, and issue tracking
  • Perform basic data analysis and system-related research
  • Help manage project tasks and share information across teams
  • Create user guides, procedures, and service or promotional materials
  • Provide Japanese/English communication, translation, and document editing
  • Coordinate communication with internal teams, Tokyo office, and customers
  • Support product and service promotion activities
  • Assist managers and complete other assigned tasks

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Accounting, IT, or equivalent preferred
  • 5-6 years of professional experience (financial institution experience preferred)
  • Strong PC skills (MS Word, Excel; Access preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and English
  • Strong teamwork, coordination, and organizational skills
