Job description

An executive and family in the Phoenix / Paradise Valley area is seeking a highly organized, discreet, polished, and resourceful bilingual Japanese / English professional to provide personal assistant and family support services within a private household environment.

This is a unique opportunity for a candidate who is culturally fluent, exceptionally organized, emotionally intelligent, and comfortable navigating both professional and family-related responsibilities with discretion, warmth, and professionalism. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing day-to-day logistics while serving as a trusted support person for a busy executive household.

Responsibilities may include:
• Family and household coordination
• Appointment scheduling and calendar management
• Vendor coordination and household service appointments
• School and community research
• Local errands and personal support
• Assisting with travel and logistics coordination
• Communication support for a Japanese-speaking family
• General personal assistant duties and household support

The ideal candidate will possess:
• Fluency in both Japanese and English
• Prior personal assistant, family assistant, executive assistant, concierge, or private household experience preferred
• Exceptional discretion and professionalism
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and anticipate needs
• Calm, polished, service-oriented demeanor
