Job description

Are you into video games, bowling, karaoke? Are you friendly, outgoing? Do you enjoy being around people and work in a fun environment? Then you’re the kind of person we’d love to hire!


The Food & Beverage (F&B) Supervisor is responsible for managing all F&B operations (including bar) and delivering excellent customer experience. They will manage all F&B orders, staff, and inventory. Their goal is to maximize sales and revenue, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.


Please note you must have a High School Diploma or GED to apply.

Open availability is required-must be available to work minimum 40hrs a week (full-time).

All of management will handle and serve alcohol - you must be at least 21 years or older.

Essential Duties

Customer Service

  • Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction by being constantly visible and readily accessible to our customers.
  • Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
  • Investigates and resolves customer complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations.

Team Management

  • Assigns duties to staff on shift.
  • Lead F&B team by training and appraising talented personnel.
  • Completes reviews, absence reports, and supervises staff on attendance.

Food & Alcohol Safety

  • Monitors food preparation methods, portion sizes, garnishing and presentation of food.
  • Conducts alcohol and age restriction control in accordance with company policies.
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations.
  • Schedules and receives F&B deliveries; and checks delivery contents to verify product quality and quantity.

Operations Management

  • Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines.
  • Creates sales and productivity reports for upper management.
  • Enforces compliance with all local, state, federal regulations and company policy pertaining to safety, loss prevention.


Qualifications

  • 2-3 years food & beverage management experience, preferably in the restaurant / fast food / hospitality industries.


Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in a bowling center/arcade environment where high levels of noise, dust and activity can be expected.


Physical Demands:

  • Regularly required to bend, stretch, twist, climb and have a high level of mobility/flexibility in small spaces.
  • Required to stand and walk for extensive periods of time without breaks during busy times.
  • Lifting and/or moving up to 100lbs with assistance is required.
