🚀 About the Role

We’re looking for a dependable Molding Machine Operator to support daily molding and casting operations. You’ll help set up molds, run molding equipment, and make sure parts meet quality standards. This is a hands‑on role with steady work, clear processes, and strong training. If you have experience in injection molding, ceramic casting, or machine operation — or you’re mechanically inclined and eager to learn — this is a great opportunity to grow your skills.

🔧 What You’ll Do
  • Set up molds, dies, and tooling for molding and casting
  • Operate molding machines and monitor cycle times
  • Adjust basic machine parameters to keep production running smoothly
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues like short shots, flashing, or incomplete fills
  • Perform routine mold and die maintenance (cleaning, lubrication, minor adjustments)
  • Inspect molded parts for accuracy, surface quality, and consistency
  • Document production runs, mold changes, and process adjustments
  • Communicate equipment or material concerns to supervisors or maintenance teams
🛠️ Essential Skills
  • Experience in injection molding, ceramic casting, or similar processes
  • Familiarity with mold setup, alignment, and clamping
  • Ability to recognize and troubleshoot molding defects
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with minor maintenance
  • Ability to read work instructions and production specs
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and work in a fast‑paced environment
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Machine operation or production line experience
  • Knowledge of blow molding, injection molding, plastic molding, or extrusion
  • Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with tools and equipment
