In this position, you will be a key member of the program leadership team, helping to drive program execution of our current portfolio and supporting proposal activities for new scope. This role offers the opportunity to gain valuable program-level experience and exposure for candidates seeking to grow their career in Program Management. You will contribute to both program management activities and essential recurring tasks, ensuring coordination, alignment, and timely execution across a diverse set of deliverables. This position supports the Japan Patriot Program Management team and cross-functional stakeholders to drive actions to closure and support successful contract execution. What You Will Do * Support day-to-day execution of Japan Patriot DCS contracts, including coordination, tracking, and reporting on assigned tasks
* Drive assigned tasks to completion by proactively identifying required actions, engaging stakeholders, and following through to closure
* Assist with preparation of internal and external program documentation, including status reports, action logs, and briefing materials
* Conduct analytical reviews of schedules, financial data, risks, and program metrics to support decision-making
* Perform tasks as required by the program manager to support disciplined program execution, including documentation management, action-item tracking, and workflow coordination
* Maintain adherence to Raytheon program management processes, policies, and tools

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
