Position Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and reliable janitor to join our team in Ava, Missouri. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and safety of our facilities.Key Responsibilities:Cleaning and Maintenance:Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean floors in all areas of the facility.Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and replenishing supplies.Dust and wipe down surfaces, furniture, and equipment.Completing assigned janitorial duties.Facility Upkeep:Respond promptly to cleaning emergencies, such as spills.Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning equipment and chemicals.Safety Compliance:Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or necessary repairs to the supervisor.Follow all health and safety protocols, including proper handling of hazardous materials.Qualifications:Prior experience in janitorial or custodial work is preferred but not required.Must be authorized to work in US.Must be able to pass background checkApplicants must be dependable, punctual and able to work independently.Part-time position - Approximately 7 hours per week.Email resumes to:   sjustice@enhancityworks.com
