Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
  • Directing and coordinating daily janitorial operations across multiple sites or clients. 
  • Developing and implementing operational procedures to optimize efficiency and quality. 
  • Managing inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels. 
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. 
  • Overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of facilities and equipment. 
Personnel Management:
  • Assist with recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising janitorial staff. 
  • Assist with managing employee schedules, time and attendance, and performance evaluations. 
  • Providing guidance, support, and disciplinary action when needed. 
  • Fostering a positive and productive work environment. 
Client Relations:
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. 
  • Addressing client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.

Financial Management:
