Job Summary:
TLC Janitorial, a family-owned cleaning company, is seeking a Full Time Janitorial Tech to join their team in Wrentham, MA. The company values creating a positive work environment and providing excellent customer service. The Janitorial Tech will be responsible for maintaining high cleaning standards in various buildings such as offices, restrooms, and warehouses.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the highest quality of cleaning
- Communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Clean buildings efficiently using proper methods
- Report any issues noticed during shifts
- Train new and current employees in cleaning techniques
Qualifications:
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
- 3+ years of cleaning experience preferred
- Experience with floor care and carpet care is a plus
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a motor vehicle check
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Must pass a background check
