PURPOSE: To maintain the cleanliness of the entire plant inside and outside.

Job Title: Janitor / Painter


Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor / Painter to maintain cleanliness and assist with painting projects within our production facility. This role will split time between general cleaning duties and painting tasks to support facility upkeep and appearance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine cleaning of production areas, including floors, walls, and common spaces
  • Safely use cleaning equipment and chemicals
  • Assist with interior painting projects, including prep work (masking, sanding, patching) and painting
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Dispose of waste and recycling materials properly
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications:

  • Previous janitorial or painting experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality work
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
