The role also includes performing custodial duties as needed and partnering with management to address operational needs and continuous improvement efforts. What Success Looks LikeIn this role, you'll consistently deliver high-quality cleaning services, maintain safety and compliance standards, support a productive and engaged team, resolve issues proactively, and ensure all work is completed on schedule and to contract requirements. What We're Looking ForWe're looking for a dependable leader with strong communication and interpersonal skills who can motivate others, solve problems effectively, and lead by example. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable balancing supervisory responsibilities with hands-on custodial work. QualificationsA valid driver's license (Real ID) with an insurable driving record is required, along with basic computer and math skills and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, kneel, and work from a 6-foot ladder. Janitorial experience and prior supervisory experience in a custodial, facilities, or work-crew environment are preferred.
