Job description

Job Summary:
Accenture Federal Services is dedicated to helping the US federal government enhance national security and improve lives through technology. This role involves maintaining and improving the Endpoint Privilege Management system, which includes routine checks and user support.
Responsibilities:
• support day-to-day operations as well as enhancements to our AFS's Endpoint Privilege Management system
• routine system checks
• supporting users
• making rule/policy changes
• updating client software
• building/deploying/maintaining self-service software deployments
• acting as a SME for the solution
Qualifications:
Required:
• Minimum of three years’ experience in the Information Technology field with significant experience working with Endpoint Privilege Management solutions and building and deploying applications with ConfigMgr and Jamf
• Proven ability to work independently, and as a team member
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organization, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies
Preferred:
• Experience as a user and an administrator of the following systems: BeyondTrust Endpoint Privilege Management or other enterprise privilege management products
• ServiceNow
• Active Directory
• Windows and Mac workstations
