This is an exciting opportunity for a technically skilled customer-focused professional to act as a bridge between engineering, support, and customer success teams. In this role, you will help customers maximize the value of enterprise technology solutions by solving complex technical challenges, supporting implementations, and driving continuous improvements. You will take ownership of customer environments, particularly around Apple device management and MDM solutions, while collaborating with internal teams to deliver reliable and scalable outcomes. This position is ideal for someone who combines strong troubleshooting abilities with excellent communication skills and enjoys working in a fast-paced, remote environment. - Serve as a technical partner and primary point of contact for assigned customers throughout their lifecycle, supporting onboarding, adoption, and long-term success.
- Manage and troubleshoot Apple device management environments, including application deployment, configurations, profiles, certificates, APNS, supervision identities, and device security practices.
- Administer and optimize MDM solutions, including Jamf and related enterprise mobility management technologies.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues involving applications, APIs, network connectivity, VPNs, firewalls, device management, and system integrations.
- Design and implement technical solutions, custom integrations, and automation workflows using scripting languages such as Bash and Python.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Engineering, and Product teams to escalate issues, improve solutions, and advocate for customer needs.
- Lead technical onboarding sessions, product demonstrations, and customer training activities during required business hours.
- Monitor support tickets, prioritize incidents, and ensure timely resolution while meeting service-level commitments.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base resources, and operational runbooks.
- Analyze customer feedback and technical trends to identify opportunities for product improvements and support optimization.
- Contribute to internal automation initiatives and tooling improvements that increase support efficiency.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting iOS and macOS environments within an MDM or enterprise mobility management context.
- Strong experience with Jamf administration, including Jamf 300 certification or higher.
- Experience with Apple Business Manager, device enrollment, certificates, and enterprise Apple deployment workflows.
- At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Customer Success Engineering, Technical Support Engineering, or Solutions Engineering.
- 2+ years of experience using Bash and/or Python for scripting, automation, and workflow improvements.
- Experience working with external APIs, integrations, and technical troubleshooting at the application or platform level.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, debugging methodologies, log analysis, and diagnosing complex technical issues.
- Experience with SaaS platforms, cloud environments, or enterprise software solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong ownership mindset, organizational skills, and ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
- Ability and willingness to work a schedule aligned with Pacific Time business hours, which may require late-night or early-morning working hours depending on location.
