Take a proactive role in assuring safe, quality products are produced by immediately addressing any safety or quality concerns.

The Bin Wash. Pallet Jack Operator has the responsibility of moving all palletized products to its designated area before being shipped to customers.  Pallet Jack Operator is responsible of having the product on the floor to keep the production going and is responsible of communicating with supervisor is a potential slowdown is about to happen due to no product available. The Pallet Jack Operator may also be required to assist in the staging and loading of all Bell and Evans products in preparation for shipment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Take orders from supervisor to keep product on the floor for production needs.

  • Prepares pallets for handling items appropriately and be able to create combo Bins.

  • Perform pre-checks of the pallet jack to ensure that it is in proper working order.

  • Always Utilize Safe Practice habits when operating the pallet jack.

  • Take a proactive role in assuring safe, quality products are produced by immediately addressing any safety or quality concerns.

  • Consuming and Containerizing labels for product to ensure inventory is correct.


Required Qualifications (Due to the high volume of applicants, only those who meet the minimum qualifications will be selected for interviews):

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred but not required
    6 – 12 months of previous experience operating a pallet jack is preferred. .

  • Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 pounds regularly.

  • 6 months of work history in the last 12 months required.

  • Must be able to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.

  • Must possess a strong attention to details.
