Description

ย We are currently hiring experienced Forklift and Tugger Operators for both Day Shift and Night Shift. If you're a safety-focused operator with a strong work history in fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environments, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with competitive starting pay of $20.00+/hour based on experience and qualifications.


Position Summary

The Forklift & Tugger Operator is responsible for safely transporting raw materials, finished goods, and production supplies throughout the facility while maintaining productivity, quality, and safety standards. Candidates must have extensive warehouse equipment experience and be comfortable working in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of verifiable forklift and warehouse equipment experience (required)
Previous experience operating forklifts and electric tuggers in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
Stable work history with strong attendance
Ability to safely operate powered industrial equipment in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and work throughout a 12-hour shift
Must successfully pass a forklift skills evaluation before operating equipment
