About the Role
We are seeking a Sr. Java Developer passionate about leveraging AI-assisted development tools to transform healthcare technology. In this leadership role, you will architect and deliver enterprise-grade solutions, collaborate directly with business stakeholders, and guide a team of talented developers. Responsibilities
- Partner with business users to clarify requirements and shape impactful solutions.
- Architect and design complex, cloud-native, containerized Java/Linux applications.
- Lead pods of developers, setting technical direction and ensuring team delivery.
- Oversee architecture, design, code reviews, implementation, and long-term maintenance.
- Drive the adoption of AI-assisted workflows (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Codex, Cursor) to enhance productivity and code quality.
- Mentor and train developers, fostering technical growth and a culture of excellence.
- Ensure high standards in coding patterns, testing, and documentation.
- Plan and deliver multi-team projects with a focus on healthcare industry needs.
Required Skills and Experience
- 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
