CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Active TS/SCI with a Current Poly (within 5 years)

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Serves a vital role in providing support in the processing and publishing of raw, unevaluated intelligence information reports, ensuring the reporting meet the standards of compliance and oversight policies. Process entails the reviewing, editing, coordination, and submission of intelligence information reports for release, ensuring accuracy of format and adherence to principles of intelligence compliance and oversight.
  • Tracks and maintains J2X reporting metrics as well as prepares and presents formal intelligence reporting metric briefings to command and senior leadership.
  • Keeps senior leaders and individual collectors in the organization apprised of significant developments in policy as applied to the dissemination of intelligence reporting and source management as well as interprets policy guidance to support the resolution of conflicting views and recommendations.
  • Establishes, maintains and supports the enforcement of standard operating procedures as applied to collection, reporting, and source management.
  • Develops and employs reports officer training material to support the professional development of the office.
  • Understands and applies intelligence collection systems and capabilities to support the collection and dissemination of intelligence information.
  • Manages large amounts of data, ensures data consistency and ability to manipulate data throughout numerous databases to include Excel, Access, and various classified database tables.
  • Demonstrates proficiency conducting statistics and using statistical packages.

Required qualifications/skills (Must Be Reflected on Your Resume):
โ€ข Graduate of an in-residence DoD / IC collection management course/ Desk Officer course.
โ€ข A minimum of 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years, and a master's degree.

โ€ข A minimum of 17 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years, and a bachelor's degree
โ€ข Demonstrates in-depth knowledge and understanding of the labor category activities required to meet mission requirements.
โ€ข Demonstrates ability to work independently and with minimal oversight.
โ€ข Active TS/SCI with a Current Poly (within 5 years)
