The Role: Master of the Drivetrain

As a Certified Transmission Technician, you are the specialist our team relies on for the most complex mechanical challenges. You'll manage the full lifecycle of the repair, ensuring every vehicle operates with factory-level precision.

What You'll Do:

  • Advanced Diagnostics: Expertly examine and diagnose complex transmission and drivetrain issues.

  • Strategic Planning: Coordinate with the Shop Foreman and Service Advisors to plan workflows and provide accurate labor estimates.

  • Effective Communication: Keep the service team updated on repair timelines and any additional maintenance needs discovered during teardown.

  • Mentorship & Growth: Help shape the next generation of talent by assisting in the training of technician trainees.

  • Continuous Learning: Stay ahead of the curve by attending factory training and keeping current with technical bulletins.

  • Documentation & Standards: Maintain thorough repair stories and documentation while strictly adhering to safety and environmental regulations.
