Job description

Core Technical Requirements (Must-Haves)
  • Emulation Platforms: Hands-on experience with industry-standard emulators like ZeBu, Palladium, or Veloce.

  • Environment Build & Bring-up:

    • Ability to build emulation environments from scratch.

    • Expertise in putting together top-level wrappers (DUT/System level, clocks/resets).

    • Experience with FPGA partitioning and Place & Route (P&R) timing closure.

  • Protocols & Integration:

    • Deep knowledge of PCIe, HBM, and JTAG/UART.

    • Specific Requirement: Integrating and bringing up PCIe Gen6 Protocol Transactors with QEMU.

  • Software/Hardware Boundary:

    • Firmware, Software, and Driver knowledge.

    • Must be able to debug Kernel boot and Linux Boot sequences.

  • Coding & Scripting:

    • Digital design and SystemVerilog RTL coding (from a synthesis perspective).

    • Strong scripting skills in Python and C/Perl.


Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)
  • FPGA Prototyping: Experience with HAPS, Protium, or proFPGA.

  • Networking/Testing: Knowledge of Ethernet (ENET) protocols and testers like Virtual IXIA.
