BlueSprig has a BCBA job opening in Keller, TX. As our Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you’ll lead a team of behavior technicians, build individualized intervention plans, and work with families and physicians to deliver tailored ABA therapy.

Total Annual Compensation up to: $111,000

  • Annual Salary: $87,000 - $95,000
  • Annual Individual Bonus:$7,000 – $18,000 (paid monthly)
  • Sign On Bonus: $5,000–$20,000 (depending on start date and location)
