Job description

A leading fertility practice in Miami Beach is seeking a Clinical Fertility Nurse / IVF Coordinator to support patients throughout their fertility journey. This role combines hands-on nursing care, IVF cycle coordination, patient education, and ongoing support in a collaborative clinical environment.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage fertility and IVF treatment cycles
  • Educate patients on medications, procedures, and treatment plans
  • Perform nursing assessments and administer medications
  • Communicate test results and treatment updates
  • Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure excellent patient care
  • Maintain accurate documentation and EMR records
  • Provide compassionate support and guidance to patients throughout treatment
Qualifications
  • Active Florida RN license (or eligible for licensure)
  • IVF, fertility, reproductive endocrinology, or OB/GYN experience preferred
  • Strong patient education and communication skills
  • Experience with IVF cycle coordination and fertility protocols is a plus
  • BLS/CPR certification required
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
