Medical Provider (MD / DO / NP / PA) - Functional & Integrative Medicine

Location: Holladay, UT (On-site)
Job Type: Full-Time Preferred (Part-Time considered - minimum 24 hours/week)

Summary:

Seeking a compassionate and experienced Medical Provider (MD, DO, NP, or PA) to join our growing team in Holladay, Utah. We specialize in evidence-based functional and integrative medicine, helping patients uncover and treat the root causes of chronic illness through personalized, innovative care.
This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside leaders in functional medicine while expanding your expertise in advanced diagnostic testing, hormone optimization, regenerative therapies, and treatment of complex chronic conditions.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and physical examinations.

  • Diagnose and treat patients with complex chronic illnesses using functional and integrative medicine approaches.

  • Order and interpret specialized laboratory testing, diagnostic imaging, and functional medicine assessments.

  • Develop individualized treatment plans incorporating conventional and integrative therapies.

  • Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment protocols, lifestyle modifications, and supplement regimens.

  • Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, IV therapy staff, and clinical support teams.

  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

  • Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and ongoing clinical education.

Qualifications:
  • Active Utah medical license (MD, DO, NP/APRN, or PA-C).

  • Active DEA license.

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible.

  • Minimum 2 years of Functional Medicine experience required.

  • Experience in Integrative or Holistic Medicine preferred.

  • New graduates will not be considered.
