Job description

Assistant Clinic Director ( Paramedic or RN )
Full-Time | IV Nutrition Carmel
Help Build Something Bigger Than a Clinic
At IV Nutrition Carmel, we're redefining healthcare by combining evidence-based wellness, exceptional client experiences, and personalized care. Our mission is to help people feel their best through IV hydration, vitamin therapy, functional medicine, and preventative wellness.
We're looking for an exceptional Registered Nurse (RN) or Paramedic to become the Assistant Clinic Director-someone who is passionate about helping others, thrives in a leadership role, and wants to help build one of Indiana's premier wellness clinics.
This is more than a clinical position. You'll work alongside the Clinic Director to lead daily operations, deliver outstanding client care, mentor team members, improve systems, and help grow the business. If you're someone who naturally takes initiative, enjoys solving problems, and believes every client deserves a five-star experience, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
As Assistant Clinic Director, you'll play an integral role in both the clinical and operational success of the clinic.
Clinical Care
  • Deliver IV hydration, vitamin infusions, injections, and wellness therapies safely and confidently.
  • Perform IV starts, including clients with difficult venous access.
  • Conduct client assessments and ensure treatments are appropriate and delivered according to clinic protocols.
  • Educate clients on IV therapies, wellness services, supplements, and healthy lifestyle recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and uphold all clinical, safety, and compliance standards.
Leadership & Operations
  • Partner with the Clinic Director to oversee daily clinic operations.
  • Lead by example and help create a positive, supportive, and accountable team culture.
  • Assist with onboarding, training, coaching, and mentoring team members.
  • Help manage clinic workflow, inventory, quality assurance, and operational projects.
  • Ensure the clinic remains clean, organized, and operating efficiently.
  • Step into leadership whenever needed to ensure seamless daily operations.
Client Experience
  • Create an exceptional experience from the moment clients walk through the door.
  • Build lasting relationships through genuine care, empathy, and excellent communication.
  • Anticipate client needs and consistently exceed expectations.
  • Handle concerns professionally and help create solutions that leave clients feeling valued.
Business Growth
  • Contribute ideas that improve clinic operations and the overall client experience.
  • Support community outreach events, partnerships, and wellness education initiatives.
  • Help educate clients about memberships, wellness programs, and additional services that support their health goals.
  • Take ownership of helping the clinic grow while maintaining exceptional standards of care.
Qualifications
Required
  • Active Indiana Registered Nurse (RN) or Paramedic license.
  • Strong IV insertion skills with confidence starting IVs on a variety of clients.
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
  • Professional, dependable, adaptable, and solutions-oriented.
Preferred
  • Two or more years of experience in infusion therapy, emergency medicine, ICU, EMS, urgent care, vascular access, or a similar clinical setting.
  • Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience.
  • Passion for wellness, preventative health, functional medicine, or lifestyle medicine.
  • Experience educating clients and building long-term relationships.
Who Thrives in This Role?
You'll likely be a great fit if you:
  • Take ownership instead of waiting to be told what to do.
  • Love serving people and creating memorable client experiences.
  • Enjoy solving problems and improving processes.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment where every day is different.
  • Communicate professionally and confidently with both clients and teammates.
  • Value teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Want to grow personally and professionally alongside a growing business.
  • Believe healthcare should be proactive, personalized, and focused on helping people live healthier lives.
Schedule
  • Full-Time
  • Occasional Weekends
  • 8-10 hour shifts
Compensation & Benefits
  • $30-40/hour, based on experience and qualifications
  • Performance-based leadership bonuses
  • Membership commissions
  • Tips (averaging $5 to $10 extra per hour)
  • Paid time off
  • Employee discounts on IV therapies and wellness services
  • Paid training and continuing education opportunities
  • Leadership development and advancement opportunities within a growing organization
