Job description

Job Title: Infusion Therapy RN โ€“ Day Shift
Location: Chico, CA 95926
Job Type: Contract | 13 weeks
Shift: Day shift, 10 hours (start 0700โ€“0800), holiday coverage required

Job Overview:
Seeking a skilled Infusion Therapy RN with oncology experience to join their team. This role requires recent infusion clinic experience, chemotherapy certification, and a minimum of 4 years of acute nursing experience in an oncology setting. The RN will provide patient care, administer chemotherapy, and work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer chemotherapy and other infusion therapies safely and accurately

  • Provide patient education and support during infusion treatments

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient care

  • Document care and treatments accurately in EPIC EMR system

  • Float to Med/Surg and Critical Care areas as needed

  • Maintain compliance with facility policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Current California RN license

  • Current BLS recognition

  • Minimum 4 years acute nursing experience in an Oncology setting

  • Chemotherapy certification and recent chemotherapy administration experience

  • Experience with EPIC EMR system

Additional Information:

  • Only accepts W-2 employees (no 1099)

  • Must be flexible to float to other areas as required

Compensation:

  • Facility Rate: $75/hour (All-Inclusive)

  • Overtime Rate: All-Inclusive Rate + $10 after 40 hours/week

  • Holiday Rate: All-Inclusive Rate + $10
