Job description

At LUX Infusion, we're redefining infusion care with compassion, clarity, and connection. We're seeking an experienced Infusion Nurse (RN) to support patients in an infusion suite and other care settings as needed.

This is a fulltime (40 hours/week) role. Schedule and location may vary based on business needs.

As an Infusion Nurse, you'll play a critical role in delivering safe, patientcentered infusion therapy while helping patients feel informed, supported, and confident during their care.

What You'll Do
  • Insert, monitor, and discontinue IVs, including central line (PICC/port/midline) care
  • Administer infusion therapies, medications, and blood products as prescribed
  • Monitor patient response, obtain vital signs, and perform assessments
  • Educate patients and caregivers on infusion therapy and IV care
  • Perform venous phlebotomy as needed
  • Complete accurate clinical documentation and nursing notes
  • Coordinate schedules and communicate with patients, families, providers, and care teams
  • Maintain compliance with safety, ethical, and regulatory standards
What We're Looking For
  • Active RN license in the state of practice
  • Nursing degree from an accredited program
  • IV certification and experience with central line management
  • 2+ years RN experience (home infusion, critical care, ED, or similar preferred)
  • CPR certification and a valid driver's license
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a care team
  • Willingness to travel locally to support patients

Bachelor's degree, PICC/Port/Midline certification, and multistate licensure preferred.
