ABOUT DEGREE WELLNESS 

Degree Wellness is a modern wellness studio — think medspa meets IV lounge — opening this summer in Avon, CT behind Whole Foods. We offer IV infusions, NAD+, vitamin therapy, IM injections, and injectable enhancements in a calm, beautifully designed environment. Our clinical team delivers expert care in a setting that feels nothing like a hospital. 

THE ROLE 

We're looking for a licensed RN who loves clinical excellence and a great guest experience. You'll administer IV therapies and injectables, educate members on treatment options, and be an integral part of a warm, wellness-focused team. Whether you're looking for a full-time home or a low-stress way to supplement your income on weekends, we have a schedule that works for you. No nights. No chaos. Just wellness. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO 

  • Administer IV infusions, NAD+, vitamin blends, hydration drips, and IM injections safely and skillfully 
  • Complete health intake reviews, obtain consent, and maintain accurate client charting (Mindbody or similar) 
  • Monitor each client throughout their session and respond promptly to any concerns 
  • Educate members on our injectable and IV menu; make personalized recommendations based on their wellness goals 
  • Support membership and service upsells — earn commission on every membership you help sell 
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked treatment room 
  • Collaborate with the studio team to ensure a seamless, five-star member experience 

WHAT YOU BRING 

  • Active RN license in Connecticut (required) 
  • Minimum 6 months of IV/infusion therapy experience (required) 
  • Strong phlebotomy and peripheral IV placement skills  
  • Experience in wellness, medspa, infusion, outpatient, or home health settingspreferred
  • Familiarity with Mindbody or similar software (a plus)
  • Calm, positive demeanor and genuine passion for holistic wellness
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused, non-acute setting

SCHEDULE OPTIONS 

Full-Time

Monday – Friday

10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

~40 hrs/week

PRN / Weekend

Saturday & Sunday

10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

~14 hrs/week
