Qualifications

Requirements:


Cpht from (PTCB)with 6 mo to 1+ years of experience working in hospital or specialty pharm setting with STRONG Compounding exp!

HS Diploma

Experience in data entry of medication orders into pharmacy system

IV compounding experience.

Establishing or maintaining patient profiles, including lists of medications taken by individual patients

Maintaining proper storage and security conditions for drugs

Prepacking bulk medicines, filling bottles with prescribed medications, and typing and affixing labels

Assist in mixing pharmaceutical preparations, according to written prescriptions
