Job Summary
A growing outpatient reproductive medicine practice in Rochester Hills, Michigan is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility (REI) Physician to join a collaborative and patient-focused fertility program. The provider will deliver comprehensive infertility and reproductive endocrine care while working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary reproductive medicine team in a high-volume clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive outpatient reproductive endocrinology and infertility care
Evaluate and manage infertility and reproductive endocrine disorders
Develop individualized fertility treatment plans and diagnostic evaluations
Participate in fertility procedures and reproductive treatment protocols including IVF and IUI programs
Collaborate closely with physicians, embryology staff, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals
Participate in weekend rotation and shared call coverage
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance with quality standards
Support patient-centered care within an integrated reproductive medicine practice
Schedule
Primarily daytime outpatient clinic schedule
Variable shifts based on patient and clinic demand
Rotational weekend coverage required
Shared call responsibilities
Qualifications
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility (ABOG)
Completion of ACGME-accredited REI Fellowship required
Eligible for Michigan medical licensure
Active DEA and BLS certification required
Clean malpractice and licensing history required
Strong interpersonal, communication, and patient counseling skills
Ability to work within a collaborative fertility and reproductive medicine team
