Responsibilities
This position is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ITSM solutions to meet business needs. This includes configuring out-of-the-box features, developing custom applications, and integrating ITSM with third-party systems. The role requires expertise in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, or other ITSM modules, along with strong scripting and automation skills. This role will be responsible for hands-on development within the ITSM platform including but not limited to client scripts, business rules, ui actions, ui policies, data policies, workflow, flow designer, integration hub spokes, script includes, catalog items, portal widgets, ui pages, event and alert rules.
Qualifications
Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Required or
  • In Lieu of degree four (4) years of relevant work experience will be accepted in addition to the experience requirement. Required

Work Experience
  • 3 years of experience as a ITSM Developer. Required or in lieu of degree a total of seven (7) years of experience Required
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, ITSM APIs. Required
  • Experience with ITSM processes and Service Portal development. Required
  • Experience with CMDB and ITOM (Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping). Required
  • Experience with HRSD, SecOps, GRC, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure). Required

Licenses and Certifications
  • ITSM Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD). Required
  • Additional certifications such as ITIL Foundation, ITSM Certified Implementation Specialist, or ITSM Certified Application Developer Preferred
