About the Company: 
We are seeking a highly motivated, skilled and compassionate General Dentist to join our team at our state-of-the-art practice in Allentown. We are a general dental office and are ideally looking for 4 days per week position. Initially, we can also consider part time position as well. We are looking for an exceptional candidate that prioritizes patient care to drive practice growth. Our ideal candidate should have a compassionate and confident bedside manner as well as strong interpersonal skills. Our office is equipped with top-of-the-line CBCT, digital xrays and Itero scanner allowing for precise diagnosis and deliver unparalleled treatment outcomes. We want to make sure all of our patients leave with a valuable and satisfactory experience.
Pay range and compensation package: 
COMPENSATION: 28-35% of collections.
Responsibilities: 
  • Perform routine dental examinations and treatments, including fillings, crowns, extractions, and root canals.
  • Diagnose and develop treatment plans.
  • Educate patients on oral health and preventive care.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
  • Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients by collaborating with dental assistants, hygienists, and other team members.
  • Maintain the highest standard of ethics and professionalism within the dental office.
  • Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuing education and professional development.
Qualifications: 
  • Current state license to practice dentistry
  • Proof of malpractice insurance
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
  • DMD or DDS degree accredited by the ADA CODA.
  • Ability to work well in team-oriented environment.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
