- The current associate that has been there 5 years is leaving on good terms the first of May
- Do everything - IV Sedation, Implants, Bridges, Restorative
- Nearest Orthodontist is1.5 hours away and the nearest specialist is 2 + hours
- All ages
- Okay with new grads
- Big on CE - Does basically a mini-Residency
- 6 ops but adding 3 more = 9
- 3 Hygienists
- No Medicaid
