We’re seeking two experienced Dental Assistants with Treatment Coordinator skills to join our high-tech team. Job Description
Provide expert chairside assisting during dental procedures, supporting the dentist and specialists
Utilize digital workflows, including iTero scanner, CT scanner, and digital X-rays
Coordinate treatment plans and assist patients in understanding and making informed decisions
Manage patient scheduling, record keeping, and follow-up communications
Facilitate smooth patient check-ins and check-outs on the front desk as needed
Collaborate closely with dentists, hygienists, and in-house specialists
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment
Educate patients on post-treatment care and general oral health
Demonstrate compassionate, professional communication with patients and team members
Salary Range
Full-time $49,000 - $62,600 per year

Requirements
- Registered dental assistant / Certified dental assistant
Active California Dental Assistant (DA) or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
Proven experience in chairside assisting and digital dental workflows
Strong patient interaction and communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Friendly, professional demeanor with a patient-focused attitude
Preferences
Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator or in a dual clinical/front office role
Familiarity with state-of-the-art dental technology such as iTero scanners and CT imaging
Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment
