A thriving, well-established dental practice in Columbia, South Carolina, is seeking a General Dentist to join the team due to a recent provider transition. This modern practice has been serving the community for over eight years and is known for its strong patient relationships and commitment to high-quality care.

The office operates Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, offering an excellent work-life balance. You’ll work alongside an experienced clinical team consisting of one other dentist, two dental assistants, and two hygienists, supported by a friendly and efficient front office staff.

The practice features seven operatories and is equipped with advanced technology including iTero and CEREC systems, supporting both restorative and cosmetic dentistry. Patient flow averages 460 active patients per month with approximately 27 new patients joining monthly. The payer mix is primarily insurance-based, with some fee-for-service patients. The practice maintains an impressive 95–97% collection rate, and the dentist does not pay lab fees when utilizing partner-approved laboratories.

Please note: This opportunity is not open to new graduates; at least one year of clinical experience is required.
