Job Description

Comprehensive Clinical Care: Provide high-quality dental care to a steady, immediate stream of patients using state-of-the-art technology (CBCT, iTero, and digital imaging).
Growth-Oriented Practice: Engage in aggressive clinical coaching and mentorship to accelerate your confidence and speed without sacrificing patient outcomes.
Collaborative Leadership: Work alongside high-performing teams to implement proven systems that optimize patient flow and practice efficiency.
Community Integration: Build lasting relationships with patients in the Medford community, focusing on long-term health and education.

Salary Range

Full-time $249,000 - $275,000 per year

- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
- $20,000 relocation/signing bonus.

Shift & Schedule

We believe in working hard and living well. Our unique schedule allows for massive blocks of personal time:
Shift Structure: Three 11–12 hour shifts per week.
Weekend Commitment: One half-Saturday per month.
Time Off: 6–8 weeks of flexible time off annually to enjoy the Southern Oregon lifestyle.

Requirements

Licensure: Must hold a valid license to practice dentistry in the State of Oregon.
