All Kids Dental Group in Menifee, CA is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic RDA as we are growing our long-term team. We see patients from birth through adolescence as well as adults with special needs. We provide pediatric dentistry and orthodontics to our patients and offer a variety of behavior management techniques. If you are looking for more than a one-size-fits-all approach to dental care, this could be a great office for you, because we believe that every patient is unique and we tailor treatment to each individual patient's needs. We are looking to add a friendly, skilled RDA who is a team player who enjoys being around children of all ages, teens, and adults with special needs. We believe in a respectful environment where all those who enter our practice are valued. We do prefer a candidate who has worked in a pediatric dentistry office, but we are willing to train and understand that many RDAs have not had orthodontic experience. We are also willing to train in other areas as our office offers unique services and technology not offered in many dental offices. 

Daily Responsibilities:

• Assist chairside for our pediatric dentists, including charting and orthodontics 
• Provide coronal polishing and fluoride varnish placement
• Take radiographs and extraoral photos
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and appliance maintenance
• Complete in-office lab cases 
• Sterilize instruments
• Create and follow up on lab tracking for in-office and outside lab cases
• Clean and maintain operatories and lab
• Help keep operatories stocked with supplies
• May occasionally assist front office staff with answering phones and making simple appointments 

Must Have Skills:

• Current RDA license 
• Current BLS certification
• Reliable transportation
• Currently eligible to work in the US (I-9)
• Detail oriented
• Self-motivated
• Strong communication skills
• Friendly and respectful personality

Technical Skills Desired:

• Dentrix Ascend knowledge (will train if not trained on Dentrix Ascend)
• Typing skills (to able to use the computer)
• Basic computer knowledge
• iTero scanning experience / wet impression experience
• Four-handed dentistry
• Bi-lingual (English / Spanish)

All Kids Dental Group provides comprehensive pediatric dentistry and orthodontics for children, teens, and adults with special needs in a friendly and compassionate environment in Menifee. We are one of the largest and longest established pediatric dentistry practices in Menifee. We embrace modern technology, using digital software, digital x-rays, and iTero scanning. Our pediatric dentists are Board Certified pediatric dentists who have over 60 years of combined experience in pediatric dentistry. We are a FFS office which does take selected PPO insurance. Our doctors have held leadership positions in multiple organizations in organized dentistry and have lectured extensively in presitgious organizations. They have also been on Medical Staff at multiple hospitals in Orange County currently supervising the Advanced Pediatric Dentistry Residents from USC at CHOC Children's Hospital.
