This is a onsite position based out of our Johnston, IA office.


What we’re looking for:

SHAZAM is looking for a Computer Operator (Item Processing) to join our team. In this position, you’ll work closely with team members in your department performing the day to day customer service and processing activities for the data center. This is a second shift position, Mon - Fri, 12:00pm - 9:00pm CST.

  • Accurately perform data entry and maintain precise records to ensure high-quality documentation and workflow.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, employees, and vendors via telephone and written correspondence.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced, high-productivity environment, managing multiple tasks while maintaining focus and attention to detail.
  • Think independently and solve problems, providing sounds decisions and guidance for self and team.

What you need:

  • Computer operations/data center experience preferred. Knowledge of banking systems operations is helpful.
  • Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
