Tribeca Soho Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced, confident, and team-oriented Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) to step into a Lead Technician role at our established Manhattan practice in the heart of downtown NYC.

What You'll Do
As Lead Veterinary Technician, you'll play a key role in both patient care and team leadership.
Clinical Responsibilities
  • Oversee anesthesia and surgical nursing
  • Perform and support dental procedures and dental radiographs
  • Assist with outpatient appointments and treatments
  • Support high-quality patient care and client communication
  • Help maintain efficient daily workflow

Leadership Responsibilities
  • Mentor and train Veterinary Technicians and Assistants
  • Help develop and improve SOPs and hospital protocols
  • Support scheduling and workflow coordination
  • Foster a collaborative, positive, team-focused culture
  • Partner closely with hospital leadership

What We're Looking For
Required:
  • Active New York State LVT licensed
  • Strong technical skills in surgery, anesthesia, and dentistry
  • Leadership mindset with strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and support a fast-paced hospital environment

Preferred:
  • 4+ years of Veterinary Technician experience
  • Previous leadership or mentorship experience

We're also open to experienced LVTs ready to take the next step into leadership.
