Job description

Reports to: Digital CRM & Media Director Italy

Contract Type: Permanent

Location: Milan, Italy

About the Role

As digitalization accelerates across all divisions, our business model increasingly relies on seamless digital and physical client journeys. To support this transformation, we are seeking a Data Analyst to join our Digital Team in Italy.

Your mission: leverage data for actionable client insights that empower all our divisions and markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze data from multiple sources

  • Create clear dashboards and reports to present analytical findings

  • Interpret results to identify key trends, opportunities, and challenges

  • Collaborate closely with Divisions to understand data needs and develop tailored analyses and solutions

  • Maintain and enhance data systems and analytical tools to ensure accuracy and relevance

  • Conduct complex analyses and synthesize findings into impactful, decision-ready reporting

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Economics, Data Analytics, Marketing, or related field

  • 2-4 years of experience in a data/analytics role, ideally in retail, luxury, or CRM

  • Strong proficiency in Excel and Power BI

  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Imagino

  • Fluent in English; Italian is a strong plus
